Your Analog Hearing Labs hearing aid is manufactured under strict, medical-grade conditions using the highest quality parts available. However, we understand that sometimes something can still go wrong. We stand behind the quality of our products with a standard one year warranty that covers all potential manufacturing defects.

Standard Warranty – What’s Covered

As mentioned above, our standard warranty covers all potential manufacturing / device problems or faults within the one year warranty period.

The areas not covered by the standard warranty would be: dropping the aid, pet or water damage, intentional tampering of the product, or theft/loss.

The Gold Plan

For those who are looking for more protection and peace of mind, we are proud to offer our Gold Plan.

This plan offers top coverage to ensure total peace of mind and to keep your TrueEQ listening experience the best it can be.

While our standard warranty covers only mechanical defects, our Gold Plan covers EVERYTHING, plus keeps you up to date with fresh Aer tips and tubing every three months.

When you compare the two plans side-by-side as in the table below, you will see that the Gold Plan is well worth the $9.99 monthly price per month.

How to Request a Repair?

If you find that something has happened to your hearing aid, and you need assistance, please email us at support@analoghearingaids.com and let us know your situation. For fastest service, please include your:

Including this information assists us in more rapidly locating you in our customer database to make sure we can provide the fastest quality service to you. The serial number of the aid is on the inside of the aid body. There is also a corresponding serial number sticker on the box in which the aids were sent to you.

Alternatively, you may also call us at either 1-888-262-5462 (ANALOG-2) anytime, or call 313-572-4545 during business hours to talk with a live agent and to place your repair request.

Once your repair request has been received and processed, we will provide you with a Repair RMA number and the address to which you should send your aid(s). Please put the RMA number on the address label of the shipping package and please include a note inside outlining the concern and with the RMA also.

We recommend tracking and insurance on the package you send back to us.

NOTE: Please ONLY return the aid body. Do not include tubes, tips, etc. with the package.

Repair Packaging Instructions

When sending hearing aids to our repair facility, please ensure product is safely packaged. We recommend padded envelopes.

Repair Process

Once we receive your package with the aid(s), we will inspect the aid(s) and repair them if possible. If the aid is not able to be repaired, then we will send a replacement aid to you. Please allow a few days for us to receive, process, and repair/replace the aid as needed. You will receive an email with tracking information on the repaired or replaced aid once it is on the way back to you.

Out of Warranty Repairs – Standard Warranty Only

If something happens to your aid after the one year warranty has expired, we can still assist you. You may not need to buy a brand-new aid! We can do the aid repair for a cost of $99.99 for one aid and $199.99 for a pair if both need attention. Please follow the same procedure as the warranty.

If a payment is required, we can send an email invoice to you to pay via credit card, or you can include a check/money order with the aid(s) when you send the package to us.

Return Policy

Timeline

Although we strive to keep you in your aid and hope to assist you with your hearing health, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. For those occasions, we offer a 45 day guaranteed return period from the date of receipt.

Return requests received after the 45 days will be ineligible for a refund.

Returns received without an RMA number (see below) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

How to Request a Return?

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your request and respond within one business day.

Alternatively, you may also call us at either 1-888-262-5642 (ANALOG-2) anytime, or call 313-572-4545 during business hours to talk with a live agent and to place your return request.

If we are unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a Return RMA number and the address to which you should send your aid(s).

Please put the RMA number on the address label of the shipping package and please also make sure everything you received with the order (aid, accessories, box, etc) are included in the package.

We recommend tracking and insurance on the package you send back to us.

Receiving Your Refund

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the contents and verify that everything has been received. We will then process the refund within one business day of receipt. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed.

Please allow a few days for your credit card company to fully process the refund and to credit your account.

For check / money orders, we will mail you a refund check. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund check to process and to be received via USPS mail.
